About Me

Public servant dedicated to justice and service.
My name is Ryan Vonderohe, a graduating senior at Indiana University. Upon my graduation in December, I will have a BA in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. By obtaining my degree from this program, I will have prepared myself to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a law enforcement officer. I grew up in Carmel, Indiana, a northern suburb of Indianapolis. I hope to return to the same area after I graduate. In doing so, I am hoping to satisfy my desire to lead and serve the people who I grew up near and to give back to the community that I have become so fond of. While I have been at Indiana University, I have taken leadership roles both in student groups and as a resident assistant. I demonstrated both my effectiveness as a leader and as an individual who is fulfilled in serving others. In my experiences in working with the community, I refined my skills in public engagement, education, and communication.
